strawberries were on sale today at my favorite market for 99 CENTS. i know right? i got really excited. i bought...uh...a lot. and now, i don't know what to do with them!
you can only eat so many strawberries in a day.
so, i'm asking...
any great ideas/recipes/suggestions for what to do with a heap of strawberries?
I always love them in salads with candied almonds. Or of course dipped in Nutella!

you might think i'm gross, but this is so good. all you need is some brown sugar and low-fat sour cream. cut the end off of a strawberry, dip it into the sour cream, then into the brown sugar, and take a bite.

ReplyDeletethe strawberry cheesecake trifle (the one i made and posted about just a little while ago. i kid you not, it is amazing! i will send you the recipe.)
or, remember that dessert that we made one time, i think at devere court, with the white confetti cake topped with vanilla frosting and sliced strawberries. pretty tasty.
or, classic chocolate dipped strawberries. to get rid of them, just drop them off at friends doors. they will love you even more.
Oh just make my favorite salad- candied pecans (you can buy them at the store), spinach, feta cheese, strawberries, and Brianna's strawberry dressing. SOoooo good!
