oh say can you see

little sage and i flew 18 hours to get to america and our first seattle stop was to nielsen's danish bakery.
obviously, the important things first.
we decided to come home this month for a lot of reasons--weddings, graduations, meetings, birthdays, and to see my brother who just returned from a two year mission.

we spent a morning in seattle filled with some of my favorite seattle things...5 spot cafe, kerry park, queen anne, family, and finally SUN in this town.
thanks to my uncle matt for taking all the photos!

nate made it over the pacific too, and we're pretty stoked to celebrate sage's first birthday this week.
it feels so good to be home. now can we just get a little more summer weather up in here?

  4. @Jeanette Lefrandt- the needle is "galaxy gold" (orange to me!) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the world's fair...kind of funky.
