i've been surprised at how fun duke basketball games are. there is so much involved to even GET a ticket (camping out for days, having your name drawn in a lottery, etc.) that the fans are crazy. crazy loyal and crazy loud.
i snuck away from the girls one night to hit up a game with nate and had to learn how all the cheers go. the best thing about watching games at cameroon indoor is being up close and personal with the players and the court.
a peek of my favorite pre-game song:
we came home in the middle of our spring break trip for nate to watch duke annihilate unc. he and his buddies went to the game seven hours early to get good seats. he came home with stories of famous people sightings and with his ears still ringing.
go blue devils! and what i mean is, go jabari parker!
