antics

we've been seeing her sassy side lately.

she can reach the light switch in her closet room and thinks it's hilarious to switch it on and off at bedtime.
she weasels her way into any nook and cranny, pushes open closets and sliding doors, and stands on her tippy toes to reach enticing things on my desk...pens, the air con remote, and any paper in sight.

this has to be some rite of passage for a baby, right?
pull out 48 wipes while i put laundry away for two minutes in the other room? check.
i read in a parenting book about how important it is to use "no" firmly and sparingly.
usually, i chuckle "saaaaage, no" while grabbing a camera and smiling. whoops.
she's just so cute when she's naughty.
